Description
L'appartement classé 4 étoiles, pour 2 personnes A Altezza, est à 800m des plages de Palombaggia (commune de Porto-Vecchio) et situé dans un domaine privé très calme et environné par la nature.
Accès au domaine par un portail à code. Accès à l'appartement par un escalier dans le jardin. Parking privatif.
L'appartement est composé d'une suite, une cuisine américaine, d'une salle de bain avec grande douche et 2 vasques et d'un wc séparé.
L'appartement donnent sur une terrasse privative, en bois, de 16m2, orientée plein Sud, face à la mer Tyrrhénienne et à la Sardaine et ombrée par une pergola. Il n'y a pas vis-à -vis.
La vue sur la mer est panoramique sur la mer et le maquis environnant.
La piscine est directement accessible depuis la terrasse de l'appartement.
Elle est chauffée par 36m2 de capteurs solaires ( très faible consommation d'énergie ). Des transats sont à disposition autour de la piscine.
Appartement avec chauffage, climatisation. Production d'eau chaude sanitaire par capteurs solaires.
Il y a une borne de recharge électrique sur le parking.
