Description

We are a quiet country location set within beautiful footpaths and bridleways. Each cottage has a kitchen, sitting room, double bedroom and enclosed patio area. Dogs are welcome and will be able to run around in an enclosed, fenced off area. Stables and grazing are also available with secure off-road parking. Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £8 per pet per night. Please note, over 18’s only, no children

“Upper Wood End Farm Cottage”

Upper Wood End Farm Cottage No 1. - once I found it ( use owners directions not Sat Nov Postcode ) was all I could wish for for a nice peaceful stay. Cottage a bit small but very well equipped - Central Heating very good - also shower good - two things that were very necessary in a snowy March. Wi Fi easy to use - in fact everything at this cottage was all I could wish for. Rita very helpful but not obtrusive - just wish I could have stayed longer.

“Cottage getaway”

Had a lovely weekend at the cottage. Lovely rural location, but just 10 minutes from nearest village. Cottage was immaculate and the grounds lovely. Rita was a lovely lady and so helpful. Will definitely be returning for another visit.

Countryside location with lots of great places within walking distance for our dog. Cottage was warm and very comfortable, and the owner was very welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our break.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
