Solidly restored 1866 House in the Historic District in the Downtown Wilmington neighborhood .Gorgeous old hardwood floors, footstep-worn thresholds, tiled fireplaces & time-shifted glass panes tell you this house has been here 150 years! Our 3 bedroom/2-bath/full-kitchen duplex is walking distance to anywhere downtown & short 17 minute drive to the beach causeway ! A very large backyard for hanging out.

Response from the owner Ha Ha don't shoot me , I'm only the piano owner ( Elton John ref.) Jess and the family took great care of the old place and her mom was delightful. would have them back anytime and will go find a music student to fix that damn instrument. Must add that a backdoor upstairs exits the second bedroom onto a landing with straight stairs going to backyard, which is best for suitcases. The original Master Stairwell was demolished back in 1942. Amy and Luca

We are sorry that we did not point out that there is a back door exit on the second floor which leads from the second bedroom to the Backyard via a normal staircase. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
