Windrush #113 ocean front high-rise condo is situated in Cocoa Beach, unit doesn’t have a view of the ocean, however there is a private beach/ocean access. This first floor unit is tastefully decorated, tile throughout, master bedroom with Queen size bed, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, double sinks. Two TVs, one in the living room area the second one is in the master bedroom. Both master and living room have access to a private patio. Guest bedroom has tow twin size beds, furnishings offer plenty of drawer space and closets. Kitchen is furnished, with basic appliances and day to day dishes. Dining room table accommodates 4.
