Com 40m2 em ambiente familiar. Composta com um quarto (1 cama de casal, 1 cama de solteiro, ar condicionado e cofre), banheiro com ducha quente, sala (mesa com 4 cadeiras, TV, ventilador de teto e uma cama de solteiro) e cozinha (fogão, geladeira, micro-ondas armário e utensílios de cozinha).

Estamos no beco do colégio, local fechado para transito de veículos, tornando o espaço tranquilo e sossegado. O beco é perpendicular a rua São Francisco, uma das ruas principais de Jericoacoara. Estamos próximo de tudo, uma caminhada de 8 minutos leva até a praia principal. Nesse percurso há vários restaurantes, bares, lojas e supermercados.

Jericoacoara, uma antiga vila de pescadores que conserva seu ar rústico, a vila está dentro de um Parque Nacional, escondida e protegida por maravilhosas dunas móveis. Próximo do Parque existe lagoas com água cristalina e um litoral maravilhoso com vento de qualidade excepcional (principalmente no segundo semestre) que atrai windsurfistas e kitesurfistas do mundo todo.

Além de tudo isso, de um lado da vila possui formações rochosas uma delas é a fantástica Pedra Furada, uma dos cartões portais e do lado tem a duna do por-do-sol, excelente local para assistir o espetáculo da natureza.
