Description

The "Chalet Mountain Flower" is located in Kandersteg, a pearl in the middle of the Bernese Oberland for skiing and cross-country skiing in winter and hiking in summer-time. About an hour from Berne, or two hours from Basel / Zurich. The scenery with snowy three thousand is truly impressive. The new gondola lift to the famous Oeschinensee is located in walking distance.

“Super chalet with great views.”

Having stayed for a week in the chalet I can definitely recommend. It is in walking distance to shops, station and cable cars which makes it a perfect base for sight seeing. Kandersteg is a perfect quiet village to relax in. Martin is a friendly host and is on hand for any questions and advice on where to visit. Already planning a return next year.
