You will not find another house on Cape San Blas located 50 yards direct access to the beach with all of the following:

Three different living areas allows everyone to spread out and do their own thing, from chatting in the bright Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach, reading a book, watching a movie on the big screen TV, to playing a game of ping pong. Not to mention the private pool, and the gorgeous beach just a short walk away.
Sea Haven has spectacular unobstructed views of the beautiful, white sand beaches and natural sand dunes of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in Sea Grass, one of the most prestigious, new, Gulf-front subdivisions on Cape San Blas.
We have many custom features including wood floors, bead board trim, ceramic tile, granite and Corian countertops, and three walk-in tiled showers. The full-size kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a separate icemaker, and a full selection of gourmet-quality cookware. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets and panoramic views while dining on the deck just off the kitchen. You can fire up the gas grill to savor the fresh seafood available in the area.
Sea Haven has three master bedrooms with King Beds. Each master has direct access to our spacious decks and glorious views.
The kids' room has two sets of bunk beds each with a trundle, so possibly six kids in this room! There is also a fifth bedroom on the ground floor with two twin beds, which is perfect for older kids or grandparents. The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The second-floor kitchen opens into the great room, providing a perfect setting for fun family gatherings. If the weather turns cool, our gas fireplace will burn off the chill. We have provided a full library of books, movies, and games for the whole family.
Sea Haven is the perfect beach home, and you will feel like you are vacationing in a resort. This will be a vacation you will want to repeat often! We look forward to having you as our guests at Sea Haven.
