Description

Sunset Traditions is truly stunning and is one of the largest homes in the SeaGrass neighborhood. It is a 5 bedroom home (plus a nusery off the master bedroom) with a game room/bar area on the ground floor that leads out to the spacious pool area. The views are incredible and your walk to the beach is less than 100 feet. This pet friendly home is perfect for several different families to rent together as there are two large living areas on separate floors, huge decks, two sets of washer/dryers, a game room and large bedrooms.

The ground level of the home has the main entrance and foyer, a large game room with a pool table, television, full bath, queen sleeper sofa, bar area, and access to the garage which has a ping pong table. The game room leads out to the private salt water pool, with a spacious deck for sunbathing, as well as to a huge patio area and fenced in lawn facing the gulf.

On the 1st level of the home you will find 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and a kids room with a twin/twin and full/twin bunk bed), and a large sitting area with a pull out twin and flat panel TV that is perfect for watching movies. There are 2 full bathrooms on this level, with shared access from the 4 bedrooms. From the sitting area, there is access to the utility room that has a washer/dryer, and also includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also access to the large deck via the king, queen and full bedrooms, and also from the sitting area. Each of the bedrooms on this floor has a TV with the exception of the bunk room.

The 2nd level of this home is spectacular! There is the master bedroom, living, dining and kitchen areas. This is a very open floor plan which is perfect for family gatherings and meals. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chaise lounge that is just calling you to relax, read a book and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean. The bathroom is top of the line with a huge walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. There is an alcove off the master bathroom that has been set up as a nursery. This room includes a full size crib, a twin bed and a couch with pull out twin bed. There is also another washer/dryer in this room.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and there is a large dining room table as well as bar stools. This home has hardwood and tile floors throughout the main living areas, Master Bedroom and bathrooms, and carpeting in the other bedrooms. The kitchen is like no other, with a large stove, huge refrigerator and a walk in pantry, a wine cooler and stand alone ice maker. This floor has incredible views seen from the windows that sweep across the whole level and from the spacious deck.

Sunset Traditions also offers free Wi-Fi, local and long distance telephone service. There is a separate pool and hot tub that can be heated for an additional charge. This is a pet friendly home that is just 100 feet from the beach.
