Description

The complex is situated directly opposite the ski road back to the Gondola. Even when there is little snow the run is sprayed and is useable. Or, if walking, it's only a few minutes to the gondola.

Restaurants, bars and the picturesque centre & lovely old town of Bansko also within walking distance.

Free to guests, facilities include indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Sauna.

I have spent a great vacation to Predela 1 apartment. Clean,spacious,well equipped and close to gondola lift( 250m) and no at least owner kindness

Response from the owner The guests asked to squeeze a fifth person into an apartment designed for 4. We agreed to do this at a fraction of the price it would have cost them to rent an additional apartment, therefore we feel the comment regarding this to be unjustified as we saved this guest alot of money by being so flexible at short notice. This was also New Year week when rental prices are at a premium.
