Description
Easton View Holiday Cottage is located in a small development of purpose built holiday cottages in a lovely rural setting with views over open fields.
We consider that the location of Easton View is hard to beat. Bridlington town centre and the beautiful North and South Beaches with their expanses of golden sand are within 10 minutes drive, whilst stunning clifftop scenery and birdlife, in particular at Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head (where seals can on occasions be spotted), is within circa 15 minuites drive.
Filey is circa 20 minutes and and Scarborough 30 - 40 minutes, whilst Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay are circa 1 hours drive.
For those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Wolds, turn right rather than left out of the front gate and the Wolds are there to explore.
Easton View is a 3 bedroom cottage available for groups of up to 4 people (including children) with the choice of 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The cottage is nicely decorated and furnished.
On the ground floor is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a 3 seater settee and armchair together with a Freesat TV which also has access to various Apps including Netflix & Amazon Prime (requiring your own subscriptions).
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with utensils and crockery. Fittings include hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher washer dryer, fridge and freezer.
The dining table is set by the French doors with views over the farmland to the rear. Through the French doors is a patio area with picnic table and various seating.
A WC is located off the entrance hall.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (one with a Juliet balcony with views to the rear), together with a single bedroom. There is a family bathroom with overbath mixer shower.
Towels and bedding are provided.
One dedicated parking space is available in the front courtyard.
Available all year round with the benefit of full central heating.

One small/medium well behaved and house trained dog by arrangement prior to booking. Dogs are strictly not permitted upstairs.

“Spacious, well decorated accommodation with comfy bed.”

“Highly recommended”
The cottage was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It far exceeded my expectations and the extra touches of a bottle of wine, milk etc. was much appreciated. It was far enough from Bridlington to be quiet but close enough to be handy. We had a toddler in out party so the safety gate and night light was welcome. I really can’t find any faults with the property or the location and hope to return
