Description

Refurbished throughout, this one bedroom first floor apartment offers fantastic sea views and stunning scenery and is only 50 metres from West Beach.

The light, spacious lounge opens into a double-glazed sun-room and outside balcony and is comfortably furnished. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a 3-seater click-clack sofa bed in the lounge which opens to a small double bed for extra accommodation.

The apartment has a garage and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the car park, or a straight staircase at the front of the building which leads straight on to the esplanade.

All rooms in the apartment have heating should it be required.

50 yards from the apartment is Parkdean Holiday Park which has a swimming pool which is open to the public.

Dogs are welcome and the area is ideal for walking.

To ensure the strictest hygiene rules are being used, our cleaners are using disposable gloves, aprons and masks when cleaning. We are also using antibacterial wipes, Dettol wipes, sprays and sanitisers in the apartment. Bedding is washed on a hot wash using Dettol detergent.

“Good holiday apartment”

This apartment makes our holiday next to the sea and the view of the from the balcony is very good. The apartment is clean tidy and the decor is very good would recommend this apartment.

“Winter Break”

This is our second year staying here and it is by far one of the best we stayed we have been coming to West Bay for many years. This property is clean well presented, excellent view of the sea there is and outdoor area which is just off the lounge through a sun lounge which we have sat in with doors open in October. I cannot find any fault with this holiday let. You have lots to do as the beach just yards away and there Bridport Town Centre short distance away, Lyme Regis is a short drive away, so you are well located Hopefully we will be back next year.

“Excellent beach view apartment”

We have been coming to West Bay for many years and this apartment is one of the best we have had our holiday in. It was clean roomy apartment the photo do not show it true size, the apartment was well equiped. The views of the beach from the apartment and the balcony where excellent. The location is ideal if you want to explore the surrounding area of West Dorset with Charmouth, Lyme Regis close by. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. I would recomend this place It is pet friendly

“Lovely Location”

Really nice apartment. Much bigger than in the pictures.. Quite Beach is right across the road and the main beach is 5mins away. Only downside is the sofa bed needs replacing as there is a big dip in the mattress other than that a lovely stay

“Can’t fault it. Excellent place to stay”

We enjoyed a fabulous week here. The location is fantastic - right by the beach and cafes and a local shop round the corner. The views are stunning. Kitchen well appointed. A lovely flat which was more spacious than we were expecting. We stayed with our two children aged 5 and 7 who happily slept on the sofa bed. All the neighbours are very friendly too! Only slight negative is it gets light very early in the bedroom as the blinds don’t stop all the light coming in, but that really is looking for a fault. Overall an excellent place to stay and would recommend!

“Very comfortable apartment”

What a surprise, the apartment was much bigger than we expected, a real home from home with every thing to hand to make our stay easy. We found it clean and tidy and nicely laid out..... So close to the beach. West Bay hosts a pretty harbour and has a lot of eating places, just the place to make new friends. We found the locals very friendly and easy to talk to. A good base for lots of wonderful walks. We were a little disappointed that the sea defence works had not finished the week we were there, a little noisy and dusty but once it is finished it will be great.... A good works in progress. Thank you Katrina and Laurie, you have been very helpful, informative and easy to communicate with.
