Modern studio apartment in the Flora complex located in the centre of Borovets, at the foothills of the Rila National Park. Perfect for couples on a ski holiday. Located next to the main Gondola Station and a 3 minute walk from the centre of Borovets with its numerous bars, restaurants and nightlife.

On-site facilities include ski and boot storage on the ground floor, indoor swimming pool, spa centre (including sauna, gym and jacuzzi), Wi-Fi, Irish bar, restaurant offering traditional Bulgarian and international cuisine and shops.

The fully furnished apartment on the 6th floor has a balcony with stunning views over the resort and ski slopes. There are 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed. The apartment has its own fully equiped kitchen and Satellite TV.

“Great apartment in a great location”

This is a great apartment in a great location. It is only a few minutes walk to both the gondola and the Rila chair lifts and also close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and cleaned daily. The owner is helpful and responds efficiently to emails. This was my second visit and I'm sure it won't be my last!

“Perfect”

We stayed here for a weeks skiing , January 2017 . The owner was very efficient and helpful via email . The room is immaculately clean with handy provisions such as a kettle , toaster, crockery/cutlery and fridge . Most importantly a bath after a days skiing . It also had a tv with some English channels on . It's situated in the lovely Flora hotel and 2 mins walk from everything. We will definitely be returning.

“Lovely Apartment, Fantastic Location”

I have been to Borovets a few times before, so I knew where this apartment was before booking. Was pleasantly surprised by the interior though. Very comfortable living area with the benefits of a small kitchen area and a huge bathroom. The building itself is a hotel I think (with apartments rented out), so has all the benefits of hotel - swimming pool, jacuzzi, bar, reception area, but with the added benefits of an apartment too - your own space, more facilities, not feeling you have to get out the room to let the maid in etc. But the best thing about this apartment is undoubtedly the location as it is within about 2 mins walking distance of the gondola, chair lifts and nursery slopes plus lots of gorgeous restaurants and a variety of bars. Made everything very easy and would definitely stay here again. Loved it
