Description

Greensward is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, dual master, 3 full bath--vaulted-celing, wood-floor, Cul-de-Sac Estate on a quiet almost 3/4ths of an Acre.

The house is set-back on a long-driveway from the road, and has a high fenced-back yard. Both Master-Suites have nice, full baths, and one with a walk-in closet, Large Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. The house is beautifully furnished, fully-equipped for your stay (long or short). Just bring your clothes and toothbrush, and leave most of the rest to us.

The house features cable TV, wifi services, a large antique dining table, and screened-in porch. The backyard is wooded, and features a BBQ grille.

Getting around

Heading Right on Bannerman out of SummerBrooke, a Shell Convenience Station is on your Left. A large group of shops as you reach Thomasville Road--Publix, Target, Banks, Foodstops, and DrugStores. WalMart is South on Thomasville Rd 5 min on Right. North on Thomasville Road, you'll be in Thomasville, GA in about 15 minutes. South on Thomasville, you'll be in downtown Tallahassee in about 16 min. Meridian Road is also a great way to get downtown. Along Thomasville, you'll see shops & restaurants. Jefferson &Madison Counties are also fun places to see as well as St. Marks National SeaShore. If you have the time, heading south down 319 to Rt. 98, you'll reach beautiful beaches ("Forgotten Coast") like Carrabelle or Apalachiacola.

We like to make your stay and transition as comfortable as possible! We'll usually meet you at the property, provide a key, and give you the nickel tour (if you want). When you leave, we'll make arrangements to pick up the key from you so your check out is also smooth. We also like to know any requests you have BEFORE your stay, so we can endeavor to accommodate you.

A spotless and gorgeous house in a quiet upscale neighborhood. We enjoyed the surrounding and convenience.

Response from the owner We so enjoyed having this family here for the Holidays. They're extremely courteous, kind, and just an all-around example of a wonderful family. We had no idea that Trip Advisor DE-Activated our text messaging for new bookings; but once we knew the Family was enroute we got into action. They were simply awesome to have as our guests, left things very nice, and we highly recommend them. We are here to make your stay wonderful.
