Description

The property is 120 acres, varying from Open Woodland to lush fern gullies, with the cabins sited to take advantage of the stunning (views of the) Blue Mountains Escarpment, Megalong Valley and Kanimbla Valley.

It is an ideal base for bird watching, bushwalking, 4 Wheel driving, cycling, cave tours at Jenolan Caves, canyoning, painting, photography, taking in the views or just relaxing in front of wood heater.

Abundant Native Wildlife.

Lots of room for kids to run and play.

Typical High Country Climate - ranging from a few days of winter snow to comfortable summer conditions. Visitors should be prepared for rapid changes in the weather.

House rules

Strictly no smoking in the cottages.
Guests to respect the wildlife - give them their space and DO NOT FEED. Human food makes them sick.
Respect the peace and quiet of the property and consider the privacy of other guests. We ask that our guests not use strong smelling spices in their cooking as the smells take several days to clear out of the cottages. Also the cottages need extensive cleaning of walls, appliances, and curtains to get rid of these smells. Thank you.
