Description

This lovely apartment is situated on the raised ground/first floor in the historical old quarter of the picturesque seaside town of Cavtat. The apartment with a perfect location, renovated in a modern and comfortable style in 200 years old dalmatian cottage, offers guests lovely sea view from its terrace. The entrance into the property is via one of the cobbled pedestrian streets located in the old town, with a distance of just 50 meters from the palm-lined promenade, restaurants, coffee bars, shops and all important facilities.

The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area decorated with handmade wooden furniture and possibility for one person sleeping on a pull-out sofa. Doors from the lounge lead out onto a pretty terrace/balcony offering sea/harbor views. On the other side there is a shower room and a partially separated bedroom with queen-size bed.

The studio apartment would suit a couple or a family with a child looking to stay within walking distance of local restaurants and beaches. Also it is perfect for honeymoon makers. The apartment would not suit those with walking difficulties.

Comfortable basic apartment centrally located with great views. Plenty to do and see in Cavtat and the local area. Property managers were very organised and welcomed us at the beginning.
