The Villa features its own private pool and several terraces where you can relax or dine in comfort. The spacious accommodation sleeps 8 and is finished to a high standard throughout.

The stone villa offers a large open plan living space, newly decorated and tastefully furnished with a mixture of antique & modern furniture. The lounge area offers spectacular views of Koyunbaba Bay and opens out onto a huge terrace providing further areas to read, relax and chill out.
A fully working fireplace adds that extra special note.The modern kitchen is fully equipped complete with German appliances.
The large and airy master bedroom has en suite facilities complete with a bath with a view. There are 3 further bedrooms , including double bedroom with en suite , twin with en suite and twin bedroom and family bathroom. Airconditiong units are provided in all bedrooms and in the living area.

The kitchen & dining area leads to a marble terrace and a shaded area designed for breakfast and bbqs. A flight of steps takes you down to an extensive natural stone terrace and infinity swimming pool. 8 Sun loungers are provided for your use. An outdoor shower and shaded pergola provide further opportunities to cool off or dine.

Outdoor lighting and pool lights ensure that night time swimming is a pleasure.
