Free Shuttle bus to surrounding areas and the beach! Golf course beside the villa. Catch Beach Club and dream beach club is nearby, Villa Market and Boat Avenue shopping area are within walking distance.
Great independent villa in Laguna secured estate, a short distance to Layan beach, Xana beach club, restaurants and shops by free shuttle bus.
On the top floor there is a deck and rooftop patio, next to it the large bedroom and bathroom.
On the second level, two bedrooms with double beds have ensuite bathrooms, AC and black out curtains. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom has separate toilet, walk in shower and bathtub with a large mirror and hair dryer.
The hallway has a large couch and TV room is set here for entertainment.
On the ground floor the 5th bedroom is ensuite and a walk in shower. This is a perfect bedroom for the elderly.
The living room is spacious, equipped with AC and TV opens to the garden and the dining area, which has another AC. The kitchen has access to the garden too, and it is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stovetop, rice cooker, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as all kitchen utensils. BBQ is available too!
The garden has furniture to enjoy outdoor dining and the parking area is roofed and has a gate.
Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. Cleaning is not included, price is 3,000 bath per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
