Description

The villa is comfortable privately owned two double bedroom modern house with a swimming pool. It is situated on the island of Hvar on the outskirts of Mala Rudina village, just two kilometers away from Stari Grad city.

The villa is surrounded with olive groves and positioned in the center of 1350 square meters plot. The interior of the house consists of kitchen with dining area, living room and a toilet on the ground floor. On the exterior part of the ground floor there are garage, utility room and a large terrace with the swimming pool. First floor consists of two double en suite bedrooms with balconies overlooking green scenery and sea between Brač and Hvar islands in the distance.

This property is perfect for ones who cherish peaceful, serene and meditative atmosphere in newly rebuilt comfortable house. Green surroundings and birds songs will surely revive your energy and get your balance back in place.

During the night this fantastic locations offers you an amazing view on thousands of stars and Milky way. There is no light pollution around the house which makes it ideal for stargazing and romantic summer evenings.

If you are looking for a an active holiday or you just want to have fun, the area offers you plenty of possibilities to hike, bike, dive, swim, kayak, trek, run or or similar. You can easily get one of the excursion that Hvar island has to offer.

The house is far enough from all other houses so a little bit of loud music wont be an issue.
