Description

This two bedroom two-bathroom light filled ground floor apartment is in a gated complex with watchperson services provided, CCTV camera system are also installed in public areas only.

Generous in size, the villa is really well set up.

Step into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area which flows to the outdoor patio grass area and creates a great space for relaxation., pool and baby pool a few steps away.

The apartment is fitted with Fly screen to rear door and all windows, security screens are fitted to all windows and doors.

The apartment is modernized on a regular basis with fresh and updated pillows, towels, bath towels and linen.

These items are all included in your tariff.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertainment, it includes a gas stove, a convection oven, a microwave and a coffee machine.

This ground floor apartment accommodates up to three (3) guests.

Business guest, couple, single or families with young children.

Pets are not allowed.

Strickly no smoking inside the villa, smoking is allowed outside.

Local restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, medical centers, chemists are also five minutes' walk away.

Cascavel shopping center is only a five minutes' drive by car or bus.

Public bus services to other parts of the island are only a five-minute walk ..situated in the beachside suburb of Flic En Flac, a tourist precinct, you can enjoy all the benefits of a beachside holiday and still be able to escape to the peace and quiet of your apartment.

Getting around

If you want to stay local everything is there to enjoy, however if you want to see more of Mauritius a taxi car rental, tour operators. There are. buses interchange to different parts of the island. Island tours and water sports can be recommended by us or local tourism agents. Horse riding, snorkeling, scuba diving and all water sports are all accessible. Golf course close by.

Interaction with guest

The manager will be on site to welcome you with the keys upon your arrival. He will explain how the villa functions. A welcome pack will be provided. Or arrangements can be made for the villa keys to be gained from our secure keep pad. (Guests provide their own security code). Our housekeeper will attend the villa once a week for the purpose of cleaning. Our tour operator can also arrange day tours, Island activities, water sports, sightseeing You can then let the manager guide you or enjoy your own privacy to do your own things. We can be contacted by e mail or text 24/7. . All you need is your suitcase and camera. IT WILL BE YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

“Amazing stay.”

On arrival, everything was arranged, clean and very need. The villa is perfectly situated in the complex and right opposite the pool area and on the ground level. it is in walking distance from the beach and other critical areas. We enjoyed our stay to such an extend that we will go again. the owner double checked with us to ensure everything was ok. It make such a difference if you are in contact with the owner. It was a big pleasure to stay at the Villa.
