Watts @ Callala Beach is a huge beach house with modern additions!

The space

There is plenty of room for everyone at Watts @ Callala!

Featuring 6 bedrooms with built-ins and ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms (toilet shower combined), 2 living spaces, indoor-outdoor dining (bi-fold doors open onto the entertainers’ deck), basic laundry facilities, BBQ, and a fully enclosed rear yard.

Equipped kitchen featuring 2 full-size refrigerators! Cooking appliances, coffee-making facilities, cups, bowls, pots, plates, pans, cutlery, and serving trays. Easy to clean up after yourself with a family-sized dishwasher! Dishwashing tablets, detergents, and household cleaners are available and welcome to be used.

Each of the 6 bedrooms has oil heaters, warm blankets, and spare pillows in the built-in wardrobes. Bedside lighting and large sliding windows. Feel the coastal breeze and listen to the waves crashing on the shore.

Connect to the property's Wi-Fi and enjoy streaming your favourite music and movies direct to the TV with the Chrome cast, available in the rear living area. Kick back and enjoy under the air con or cook up a feast on the 6-burner flat plate BBQ, listening to your favourite turns on the portable Bluetooth speaker.

No need for keys here! Watts @ Callala is accessible via a coded front door lock.

You can check- in from 3 pm unless you receive a message from our local manager stating an earlier arrival time.

When it’s time to finally leave we ask that you kindly vacate by 10 am, but if you are struggling to get up and go, please let the manager know and a later time may be advised.

Watts @ Callala is Child, Pet, and Wheelie walker friendly (Please contact us prior to any bookings about accessible or wheelchair bookings. We are wheelchair friendly & not accessible for the entire house, we have listed it as wheelchair accessible due to the limitations of the booking platform options.)

The child's highchair and port-a-cot are in the bunk room cupboard.

Wi-Fi is available (modem situated behind the TV in the front lounge).

Please note, the Property owner and manager take no responsibility for the service reception of the available internet.

Important information:

Disturbances and loud parties will not be tolerated. This is not a party house.

We respect our neighbours and would appreciate it if you did too.

Wi-Fi is available at the property but due to reception and service issues, it cannot be relied upon.

There is no clothes dryer on the premises.

Due to NSW tourism policies, Watts @ Callala can only cater to a maximum of 12 adults (2 adults per bedroom) and 4 children.

We are BYO linen.

You will need to bring:

Bed sheets

Pillowcases

Bath/Beach towels

We supply Doona covers with matching pillow slips, mattress protectors, tea towels, bathmats, and hand towels.

Linen hire is available at request.

We ask that you keep your pets off the beds and furniture and please dispose of their waste in the outdoor garbage bin (Red lid). Fees may be applied if pet waste was not disposed of correctly. You are also subject to all expenses associated with any damage caused by your animal.

Due to the size of the property and guest numbers we do require a security deposit of $500 (minimum). The full amount will be returned once the property inspection is complete and there was no damage. It usually takes 14 days after checkout for it to be returned to your account.

Kerbside garbage is collected on Tuesday mornings.

The listed price is based on 8 guests.

Last-minute bookings are subject to cleaning staff availability. Check-in times may vary.

Parking is available on-site but limited to 4 vehicles.

Watts @ Callala has a strict NO SMOKING (indoor) policy. An outdoor ashtray can be supplied if requested.

Guest access

There is no public transport, own a car is essential to get there, most things are within walking distance, although if you bring your bike it is a perfect place to cycle around as it is flat & the roads are not too busy. Parking is limited to 4 car spaces at the property.

The price listed may be off-peak, mid-week rate so please make contact for accurate and up-to-date pricing. (Sometimes the corrected pricing seems not to display)

Please note that the listed price is for 8 people & there will be a per person per night charge for guests over this.

A cleaning fee applies to all stay's

Linen is not provided, there is a linen hire service available.

We allow one-night stay booking for an additional cost of half-price per night.

Location is superb, so close to the beach. The property was spacious, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this property.
