The villa has a private pool, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (and cloakroom), Sea Views, Gazebo with Large BBQ , Pool Table, Table Tennis, Kids Play Area, Air-conditioning system, Premium Satellite IPTV, Wi-Fi, Open Fire, Dining kitchen with dishwasher and many extras and is walking distance to shops and tavernas. The list continues and shows why Villa Alasia is the ideal holiday retreat by the Argaka coastline. **Now with Heated Pool Option**
Welcome to 'Villa Alasia', a stunning holiday home situated just 75m from the beach and sea overlooking the unspoilt coastline of Argaka Bay, and the Mediterranean Sea. Argaka is a very affluent and tranquil location situated just outside the traditional yet vibrant town of Polis just North of Paphos.
After leaving the coastal road, the villa is easily accessed and it is possible to walk to local amenities as desired. The beach road features a promenade stretching along to all nearby restaurants, shops and bars and if you get too hot on the way you can simply take a dip in the sea at your leisure. Several Tavernas as well as the beach itself forms part of a beautiful stretch of coastline going all the way to Latchi and the Akamas Nature Reserve in one direction and & 'Pomos' (the last village in the South of Cyprus) in the other. Santa Barbara Beach Bar/Taverna (75m away) is a great place for dining and it also has swings, beach sun loungers and a changing room for those relaxing days by the beach.

“A truest fabulous villa”
I stayed with my family at the Villa Alasia in July 2018. There were 6 adults 2 children and 2 infants. The villa was large enough to accommodate all of us with room to spare. What was really nice is that all 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom, there was an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. The villa on arrival was very clean, there was a nice welcome basket of food stuffs and drinks left for us. So even though arriving in the early hours of the morning we could have something to eat and drink. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need for our stay. There was plenty to keep all of us occupied when at the villa, with satellite tv including a movie channel and sports. There were games for the children to play. There was a small trampoline in the garden for the children, and for the bigger children there was a table tennis table and pool table. The biggest plus outside was the pool and pool area. There was a nice large pool, never crowded even with us all in it, and numerous inflatables. The pool was immaculately clean and was kept that way for our entire stay. The pool area was large with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There was also a cover dining area that seated all of us. There was even a stone bbq for when we wanted to eat in. We met the owner on a couple of occasions during our stay, he was very friendly and very helpful. The villa is in a beautiful secluded location, with fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains. The beach is within 75 metres, right on the beach is a terrific bar/restaurant named Santa Barbara. We visited this restaurant on numerous occasions. The owners George and Andrea are very friendly, as our the staff who the majority of are family. The food was lovely and the drink is plentiful. Highly recommend a visit to the restaurant for anyone staying at the villa. There are other restaurants and several mini market/bakeries close by but a car is essential for getting around the area The only problem we had at the villa was having to leave after our holiday was over. We loved our two weeks in the villa and intend to return next year. Highly recommend this villa.

Really can't recommend enough, such a helpful bunch! Steven Gargaro at letsrentonline.com really helpful and answered any queries straight away, and our lovely villa was really well looked after by Georgios who was so helpful! Loved our 10 days at the villa wished we booked the car through there contacts NOT at the airport!!
