Description
Last house in small hamlet on 5000m2 of private land. Pool (unheated) hexagonal with bench on the edge because of beautiful views..Private tennis court (hard court, so always playable). You are there on your own, next to forests, between meadows and near swimming-fishing sailing lakes. The house is comfortable and has exactly what a house needs. Nothing too much and nothing too little. Children (and therefore also parents and grandparents) experience it as a paradise: really completely away from everything! There is a very good supermarket in St Saulge (fresh bread and meat) at 9 km.

Le presse fruit me fait hesiter comme partout les gens achetent, surtout en vacance, des bouteilles de jus d'orange....( il faut meme eviter que la cuisine devient trop rempli).
