The Golfette "- the golf villas are located in the town of Manerba del Garda, just opposite to the golf courses of the famous Gardagolf of Soiano del Lago. In quiet, inserted in a residential area, completely autonomous and independent with all the services are houses just finished in their environmentally friendly building. they develop on 3 levels: basement with a large living room, bedroom with bathroom and laundry room, ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathroom and comfortable seating overlooking on the outside patio, first floor with two bedrooms with balconies overlooking the hills of Valtenesi and large windowed bathroom. the villa has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a large private garden and a carport outside. the modern furnishings and carefully chosen give a touch of class and elegance to any environment, making it immediately appreciate those who discover it for the first time.

The most convenient way to explore the area is by bicycle we can also provide us in the building or those who want to take them home is not enough room in the villa to keep them. For long journeys it is advisable to the car or the train to reach the most distant from the residence cities. The nearest station is Desenzano del Garda, 11 km away.
