Description

Wisteria Gite is one of 3 gite properties we offer that make up the ‘La Basse Cour’ located in the peaceful village of Asnières sur Vègre.

All 3 of our gites Wisteria, Orchard View and Paulanosa benefit from the use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, Wi-Fi and parking. Family friendly, perfect location suitable distance to Le Mans.

Wisteria details:

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite with shower

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to a second bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers (not baths).

Each bathroom has its own large mirror vanity unit, toilet, and shower. Bathroom towels, and bed linens are provided, as well as a hairdryer, and clothes drying rack. A communal laundry house provides access to a washing machine.

Kitchen/ Dining Room:

A large and well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining space including electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, dining table and chairs, cutlery, utensils, and crockery

Living room:

A spacious living room with Flat screen HD TV with UK freesat programmes, DVD player and two sofas, one of which can be made into a sofa bed

Outdoor: patio area with BBQ

Communal pool area: 6x12 outdoor heated swimming pool, sun loungers, pool house with barbecue and seating, child’s swing set.

Additional info:

Beds will be made up prior to arrival, bedding, bathroom towels and tea towels are all provided. Please note pool towels are not provided but are available to hire. We have a ‘washroom’ where a washing machine is available to use for a small supplement. Washing powders and softeners are not provided.

The village has been voted one of the most beautiful villages in the Sarthe region. In the heart of the village you will find the River Vègre spanned by a medieval bridge complete with shaded banks. Asnières is nestled with 15th to 17th century houses all adding to the charm of this pretty little village.

Please note the swimming pool is open between May - September. The pool can be opened toward April end exceptionally, please contact us first to check if this is possible.

We are a small family-run business and on check-in day you can expect to be greeted by ‘one of the team’ on arrival and shown to your property. We live on-site a short walking distance from the properties so are always on hand during your stay should you need anything.
