Description

Our apartment fits 8 persons with comfortable and spacious bedrooms, nice living room and a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, utensils and dinner sets, two balconies and a small internal yard.

The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, fire extinguisher,fire blanket etc. All outside doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned which is very useful especially in our summer nights. We also promise a clean, safe, well equipped & comfortable apartment. There is a fee for using the aircondition of €0.25 per unit (1KWh). There is a coin meter where to insert euro coin.

This beautiful holiday apartment has been only recently fully refurbished including furniture, curtains, dining ware and has been newly painted.

It is situated in a quite area but close to all amenities like banks, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, bus stops and beaches both rocky and sandy and to the most beautiful promenade.

Keep the apartment clean at all times. Guests must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 7.30am and at any time throughout the occupancy. Guests are to dispose of garbage in accordance with the usual practice at the Property in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in common areas.Smoking is only permitted in the balcony. Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security.

“Apartment Let Down by Area”

We arrived in Malta to be greeted by Saviour who drove us to the apartment. On the surface the apartment looked wonderful. However, on closer inspection there were several points of concern. The sofa was damaged and had not been repaired. The bed was so hard that we moved into the middle bedroom, which was slightly better. Without doubt we have had comfier beds. Although the water is safe to drink, the flow was very slow and smelled. I definitely would advise buying bottled water. It is not expensive. The apartment is in a complex with other residents, who at best, have no consideration for others. Simply put, it was noisy, with scraping chairs and children screaming a constant annoyance. The TV channels are very limited with only 2 English. However, we finally discovered that Netflix and YouTube were installed. If you have an account you can log in and watch, particularly important as there is little night time entertainment in Bugibba, apart from bars and restaurants. Bugibba is looking very tired and dated. Sadly the apartment needs sprucing up to make it as attractive as the pictures suggest. The host is really good and transported us to and from the apartment. I did discuss these issues with him on the way back to the airport and he was genuinely surprised by the comments about the noise. This is naturally beyond his control. We will definitely return to Malta, but not to the Bugibba area.

“Excellent Apartment”

Apartment well presented and clean throughout - everything was available and it was like a "home from home". Well situated with about a 10 minute walk to supermarket, bus station, restaurants, bars, beach, seafront, etc. Would recommend a stay here and looking forward to returning in the future.
