Description
Il Trilocale (75 mtq) con parcheggio e Box Privato, è a 10 minuti in auto (4 Km) dalla Stazione Ferroviaria, dalla Fiera e dall'Aeroporto; 800 metri dalla Tangenziale quindi collegata con ogni destinazione cittadina e nazionale compreso l'Unipol Arena (Palamalaguti). A due minuti da Villa Erbosa.
Servita da Bus di linea (di fronte alla via), o taxi, con grande parco con laghetto nel quartiere per grandi e piccini, ristoranti, market, bar, gelaterie, self service, ufficio postale e banca.
In zona signorile e residenziale, composto da camera da letto, soggiorno (che diventa la seconda camera da letto quando occorre), cucina, bagno, ripostiglio, balcone (adatto per pranzi estivi e attrezzato per fumatori) e garage privato.
Disponibile inoltre un secondo appartamento, con due camere da letto, nella stessa via.
Completi di aria condizionata, riscaldamento, cucina con lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina caffè espresso, moka, spremiagrumi, tostiera, forno, piano cottura, grande frigorifero con freezer indipendente.
Inoltre, lavatrice, phon e lucida scarpe elettrico, nel bagno.
Tutti i confort necessari, compresa linea internet (Wi-Fi) a fibra ottica velocissima..
