Austral Place 88 via Merri river is situated a few minutes west of central Warrnambool on the end of the Great Ocean Road it is a spacious modern home with maximum privacy afforded to large guest bookings, the lounge/family room allows for total relaxation for all guests with multiple off street parking for cars/buses with nice garden views, 4 bathrooms, 1 baby bath/prep room, 1 make up vanity, kitchen complete with all cooking appliances & utensils you would require plus Outdoor Patio with large table setting plus cooking including 900mm gas cooking range, BBQ, Sink, gas heating during colder months,
N.B. Please enquire for a special price regarding children in large family bookings also pre school age children will be hosted free,
