Located in Solaris Village, one of the most reputable enterprises Resort Residence on the north coast, with 64 apartments, warm and well equipped, features a swimming pool, gym, barbecue, gourmet area, ice maker, washer / dryer and a playground . The apartments can accommodate couples, families and groups of friends who want to take the opportunity of living without, however, losing individuality. There are four separate apartments, completely independent from each other, room composed, living room, kitchen, bathroom, spectacular balcony, air conditioning throughout the property, TV's 50 inches in the bedroom and living room, full SKY package in HD 2 double beds in the room (one queen and one normal), sofa bed in the living room, electronic safe, iron, hair dryer, flat iron, free bicycles for guests to enjoy the extensive bike path Imbassaí and a wonderful view the pool. Ideal for families and people of good taste.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
