L'appartamento è molto grazioso e ben posizionato: 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia. Dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole: aria condizionata e TV in ogni stanza ( di cui 2 Smart TV), 2 bici, Wi-fi, allarme, zanzariere, macchina caffè nespresso, barbecue, sdraio mare e ombrellone, posto auto privato, frigo e congelatore, lavatrice e una straordinaria terrazza vista mare dove iniziare la giornata con una deliziosa e luminosa colazione.
L'appartamento è composto da una camera matrimoniale e da una cameretta (con secondo letto a scomparsa).
Immobile perfetto per famiglia con bimbi piccoli (max 4 persone).
Stazione Ferroviaria è a 15 minuti a piedi. Roseto è servita da frequenti treni che la collegano a Pescara, Ancona, Giulianova , Teramo, etc. Roma è a due ore di autobus ( ARPA o Baltour)
L'appartamento è perfetto per una vacanza di relax di coppia o in famiglia con bimbi piccoli
