Description
The Palazzo Rocco, the old rose color, with white and gray side panels, was built in 1820 from the nearby Rocco di Napoli family to the Bourbon King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, it is assumed for their summer holidays. Praiano, already at that time, former holiday resort. In Palazzo Rocco there are three apartments: 1) "Villa Sun Shining in Love"; 2) Attic "White Moon in love; ; 3) Villa "Red Moon in love". The three houses are autonomous and independent, in the year 2014 and renovated in 2015, overlooking the beautiful sea of the Amalfi coast and is ideal for spending a holiday in privacy and relaxation. From large and comfortable terraces or balconies of the house you can admire the beautiful "Saracen Tower" extending into the sea, the unmistakable profile and characteristic famous promontory as "Capo di Conca", which stands out in the distance, and blue color sea frame the fabulous panorama recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The Palazzo Rocco is located in the town center, 500 meters from the "fishing village of Praia", the summer living in Praiano, from where you can reach various locations by sea tourism (Capri, Positano, Amalfi, etc.), Do sports Water (Sub, wind surf, kayak, etc.). At Praia there are several restaurants and bars, beach resorts, you can rent boats for daily trips to the beach or tourist fishing with fishermen. Finally, from Praiano it is the "hiking" can make along the famous Path of the Gods, by yourself or with a local guide. At 200 meters from the Palace there is the bus stop, which run every hour, for inner Praiano, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, etc .. The spacious lounge and large outdoor terraces can accommodate up to 20 people. The Villa Sun Shining is connected internally with the Red Moon villa so you can rent them together. The two villas have 5 bedrooms with 10 beds + 4 beds in sofa bed, 5 bathrooms plus two terraces of about 150 sqm. And so can accommodate up to 14 people. The villa White Moon, sleeps 4 + 2 on sofa bed, is not connected internally, but is located in the same building with access to few meters from the outside. So, in the Palace, in total, we can accommodate up to 20 people. NB The Palazzo Rocco has no private parking. And 'possible to park for free in white stripes near the Town Hall down the road. Our collaborator Luca, clerk at check-in and check-out, will help you find a place, and will assist you during the period of stay for any tourist information. And 'possible to reserve a parking space in the garage at € 15,00 per day near the house. The VILLA RED MOON in LOVE, recently renovated property is situated within the old Rocco palace, overlooking the beauty of the sea and the coast, ideal for a stay in privacy and relaxation. The villa has a large terrace with garden with BBQ. And 'delightfully furnished and consists of a bedroom with light blue walls reflecting the color of the sky and the sea that make up the frame and has a double bed with air conditioning. In the corridor there is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has a large living room and then illuminated by a sea view balcony, with sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning .The independent kitchen is equipped with all the equipment and appliances. The villa is in the center of Praiano 500 meters from Praia beach that you can walk in 10 minutes.
