This lovely cottage is located one mile from the village of Muddiford near Barnstaple and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.Jarrah is a lovely cottage located one mile from the small village of Muddiford near Barnstaple and can sleep five people in three bedrooms, one king-size double which can be made into a twin on request, one double with en-suite shower room and one ground floor single room. There is also a family bathroom, a separate well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room and a conservatory with dining table. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Jarrah is a lovely cottage in a peaceful location but close to some of Devon's best beaches.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, Blu-ray, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars on drive and a further 2 by the field. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, decked area and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 miles, pub 1 mile.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: The busy coastal town of Barnstaple is situated at the mouth of the Taw Estuary. Barnstaple offers a pannier market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two fabulous sandy beaches, which are popular with surfers and families.
