Relax in your modern 3 bedroom Apartment built in 2016, comfortably accommodates 7 adults, just 200 metres to the Seaside with minor sea views. Dine out in the nearby cafe/restaurants.

4 min walk to waterfront Qawra & 14 min walk to Bugibba Square.

Check-in is flexible as we have key codes for you to let yourself in if you come at an irregular time.

This 1st floor Apartment with Lift access ,( finished built in April 2016) , comes with all the necessary & modern amenities, a fully equip kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Eat at the 4 person breakfast bar.

Main bathroom with shower, toilet ,hand basin, coin operated washing machine, hairdryer, iron & ironing board.

En-suite has shower, toilet and hand basin. Towels included. Enjoy the 49' flat screen TV in living area, and smaller flat screen TVs with android boxes in each bedroom. All linen and towels provided.

There is an air conditioner in your bedroom which is operated on a pay-per-use basis. There is a coin machine which accepts euro coins which adds time for the air conditioner. 1 euro will provide approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on the temperature selected. The air conditioner has both cooling/heating function.

Ceiling fans and freestanding fans in each room.

Free on-street parking with many spots available at all times.

Qawra waterfront with shops is short 4 min walk, you will pass many cafe's and restaurants, so many to choose .Plus retail shops and Spa's. Walk only 14 mins and you reach Bugibba Square, this is where the night life is around the many restaurants and Bars

Across the road is a small corner store and a major supermarket is 5 min walk

Everything is so close.

Stroll the promenade and take in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea views

Visit the Aquarium and Caf'e Del Mar, both a 10 min walk

St Julians Bay is a 20 minute drive

Well known summer activities include: boat and beach parties, sunset cruises with barbecue on board, folklore village feasts with spectacular fireworks, morning and evening walks, trekking in the countryside, excursions to megalithic temples, visit to one of the 365 Maltese churches and to historical cities, nights at the Casino, and much more!

The closest bus stop Luzzu is only a few minutes walk. Or Bugibba Bus Stop is only a 5 minute walk. This is the main bus terminal in St Pauls Bay where the buses start and finish.

Here you can board a bus to any destination: the beautiful beaches of the north Golden Bay/Mellieha, the historical cities of Valletta and Mdina, the living centers of Sliema and St Julian's, etc .. ..

THINGS TO NOTE

Please note that in the weekly price the property includes water bills as per below:

1.5 cubic meters of water.

This FREE allowance is more than sufficient.

However, if the inclusive amount of cubic meters will be exceeded, the extra consumption will be charged at the rate of 8 euro per cubic meter.

On check-in, we will let you know what the water meter reading is and compare them with the readings on the day you leave.

The average water usage has been 1.1 cubic meters per week and average, but if there is anything owing you can either pay in cash on the day you leave or we can take it out of your card.

Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, water and electricity bills are NOT included in the agreed rent price and would be paid for as much as one consumes (at the above mentioned rates). Meter readings will be taken together with you on arrival and on departure.

We have our own cleaner that comes in after you have left the apartment at the end of your stay.

Guests staying longer than 1 week will need to buy your own toilet paper after that time.

There is a construction project across the road so there is potential for noise between the hours of 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 6pm Monday to Saturdays.
