This luxurious afforable private room in the central business of South Jakarta is the one you are looking for! It has everthing you need in a compact size room- Complete amenities-comfortable surroundings. Located just right in TB Simatupang Business area where so many offices along the area, this private room is pretty suitable for you. In just 40 min from airport, 5 min to nearest train station, and 10min to Transjakarta bus stasion you can pretty much go anywhere exploring Jakarta!

The space

Enjoy your stay and in a compact-size 23sqm studio in a very strategic business area you can do pretty much everything from just to have a rest, cooking in a comfy kitchen-set and utensils, swim in fresh pool, going to work with very litte effort and absolutely money-saving cause your office building is just next door! say goodbye to exhausting and tiring daily commuting to work

You absolutely have 24/7 access to all apartment facilities (swimming pool - there are 3 pools, jogging track, parking lots etc). You also will get an access card to be able to use elevator and enter the pool.

I also will give you a short tour about the apartment environment and surrounding area and can show you where you can rent a bike or car in case you need to

The neighborhood

the neighborhood are is so called TB Simatupang area. There are bunch load of office buildings in this area. Shopping malls, bar, restaurants, clubs, are plenty near to this apartment so you wont get bored exploring!

Getting around

if you wish to go further out of south Jakarta, just walk 5min to nearest train stasion and you can use city train service for as low as IDR 2500, other than that you can use Jakarta Bus as the nearest Transjakarta Bus station is located just 10min away, or else taxi is always available in front of the front gate of this apartment.
