Beautiful house for 4 people, with salt pool, located in the village of Binissalem.
On the porch, which overlooks the salt pool (8x4m and 0.80 to 2.50m deep), you can enjoy authentic evenings accompanied by a tasty dinner prepared on the large electric griddle. Around the pool there are two sun loungers.
The house has a wonderful open living room, where you can watch satellite TV or listen to some music. The kitchen, equipped with gas hob, has a very original style that contrasts with the Mallorcan character of the house. It has two bedrooms, both with wardrobe, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and another with two single beds. there is also a second shared bathroom with shower. A crib and highchair are available in the house for a baby. The house has a fan available and a pellet stove in the living room. There is a separate area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Binissalem is charming village of approximately 7,000 inhabitants, with all the necessary amenities and well connected to the highway. There are few nice restaurants and bars with terrace, ideal for dining accompanied by a bottle of good wine from the own vineyards of the village, with Designation of Origin. Every Friday morning, between 8:00 and 15:00 pm, there is a market on the Church square, where the people enjoy to buy the local products, high quality vegetables, fruits and cheeses.
In just 20-25 minutes driving you will reach Playa de Palma or, if you prefer, in 45 minutes you can reach the Port of Sóller, one of the most charming villages on the island. We recommend you to visit the villages of the Sierra de Tramuntana, with incredible views, where you will also find good restaurants to eat an exquisite paella.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
