This apartment overlooks the bay most evocative of Monopoli (Bari) "CALA OLD PORT" and is rented for short periods. L 'property was recently renovated, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. E 'located on the 1st floor of a building of two floors, it is spread over an area of about 70 MQ. E 'consists of: - large living room - kitchen with sea view, sofa bed 1 place. - master bedroom and large loft panoramic sea view + pouf bed. - second bedroom with a single bed + second double. - bathroom with shower and bidet. L 'apartment is equipped with every comfort: independent kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, pans, dishes etc. The location of the house is strategically located at the heart of the lively summer Monopoli, in the city center, close to all points of interest such as restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, pharmacies, hospital, railway etc. To overcome the difficulties of PARKING This structure has an agreement with a distant garage 5 minutes walk from the road that used to park cars / motorcycles / bikes and more at a cost of € 10 per day. Just below the house you can rent bikes of different types / car. ADJACENT AREAS: Monopoly, is close to many other major tourist centers such as Polignano a Mare (4 km), Fasano (7km), Castellana (12Km), Alberobello (15Km), Ostuni (20Km), Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Bari etc. E 'easily accessible either by car or train or with the PLANE as it is equipped with a GOOD ROAD NETWORK and FERROVIARIA and is equidistant from 2 major airports. It is only 50 Km from 'BARI Palese airport and little more than that of BRINDISI.
