RENTS FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 1 MONTH OR LONGER, NO NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY RENTALS!!! PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR 1 MONTH OR LONGER. We Just completed in November 2016 a full renovation of entire condo. Everything is brand new!! This is a 2nd floor corner unit and the views are amazing!! Condo directly faces the ocean/beach and is located in a 33 unit complex that is very well maintained and quiet. This beachfront unit has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with spectacular views up and down the beach. There is a nice size kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with double ovens and microwave. Kitchen is open to dinning & family room area. Has a eating bar plus dinning room table. Condo is equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans etc... There is a flat screen cable TV in the family room along with a Blue Ray DVD and stereo. There is also a cable flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has bunk bed with full size bed on the bottom and twin on top, along with another twin bed. There is a full size washer and dryer. Condo is fully furnished. In addition there are linens & beach towels. Free wireless internet, elevator, gated heated pool with direct beach access through a private keyed gate. Condo sleeps 4. One hour to Disney Theme parks, Universal & Sea World. Half hour to Kennedy Space Center and within minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. Close to shopping and many restaurants.

**Important: Turtle Nesting Season May 1 to Oct 31. During Turtle Nesting Season please close curtains in the evening & try to use lights further from windows on oceanside. Those who violate Brevard’s marine turtlelighting ordinance can face fines.

How do damage deposits work?
