If you want to spend some unforgettable days on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, we can offer you a deluxe triple room in our charming villa 'Summer House Sea Empress', providing the perfect conditions for your vacation, located in the popular holiday resort of St.Konstantin and Helena. This comfortable triple room is the perfect setting from which to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views across Varna Bay.

Our villa is situated in resort st.Konstantin & Helena 10km from Varna centre ,22 km from the airport, 8km from Golden Sands 1500m from “DENTAPRIME” , (the Dentaprime clinic specialises in dental implants and aesthetic dentistry) and just 900m from the sea(15 minutes walking). We also offer you a shuttle to the beach.
People who like quietness will feel well at our place. From our huge terraces, you can appreciate the nice view of the bay of Varna.
In SUMMERHOUSE you can relax having a calm and quiet vacation. If you want you can join the wild nightlife of the resort – night clubs, bars, and restaurants.
Parking:
Our parking is exclusively used by our guests. Every guest receives a remoter for the electric gate.
