Description

Seaclusion is a breathtaking ocean front two bedroom two bath home located on the South Shore of Utila, the smallest of the Honduran Bay Islands, in a region that marks the south end of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second largest in the world. A short boat ride from Utila Town takes you to the South Shore. This area offers peace and tranquility from the busy town yet it is close enough if you crave social interaction, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

This spacious and airy home is set 20 meters from the water’s edge, nestled peacefully on an unspoiled private beach with unobstructed 180 degree views up and down the shore.

The house features 1,600 square feet with stucco walls framed and accented in Honduran Rosita hardwood with tiled floors throughout. The great room and kitchen feature vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The sociable well equipped kitchen includes an island with bar stools and dining room table and chairs, overlooking the great Room and the views beyond. The living area boasts a sectional couch with a full size pull out bed and a 46” flat screen television.

A covered porch runs the full length of the house and can be accessed through the retractable wall of windows. The porch is large enough to accommodate a pair of loungers as well as a table and chair set, perfect for your morning coffee. Soak up the panoramic ocean view and cool off with the Caribbean breezes.

For your inside entertainment, Seaclusion offers a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, games and books but your real living area is the great outdoors. Swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving directly in the front yard or go exploring along the coast.

Seaclusion has two well-planned and restful bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and private bath with glass shower. The second bedroom has two double beds with a guest bath in the hall. Both bedrooms offer spacious closets with built in shelves. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned.

Neptune’s Restaurant and Bar is a pleasurable 5 minute walk to the west and offers air conditioning, a beach bar, and delicious food and refreshments. Utila Concierge can provide access to all your outdoor activity needs. The beach club offers lounge chairs, hammocks, and a beautiful dock where you can enjoy sunbathing or snorkeling.
