Description

This cozy ground floor house is situated only 50 meters from the beach front and a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa town. The house offers a warm family feeling for all who stay at this property. Recently renovated this house offers 2 bedrooms for 4 people and 2 bathrooms. The modern lounge/dining room is spacious and fully fitted with Satellite T.V and Internet for all to enjoy. The fully fitted kitchen is bright and offers everything you need!

Leading out from the dining area you will come into the sun trapped terrace with table and chairs, BBQ area great for the evening meals whilst the world goes by.

There are stairs leading up from the terrace to a sun area with sun loungers so you can enjoy the heat and sun of the warm days. Great views of the wildlife rivers and area are also available. At the front of the property is another terrace area with sofa, chairs and table. All in all a great family house that will give you the "HOME" feel whilst abroad.

Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: Engaged with local incentives to lower energy savings all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.
