This lovely detached farmhouse is located in the small scattered hamlet of Maerdy which sits between Corwen and Cerrigydrudion, in beautiful North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Maerdy Cottage is a lovely detached farmhouse located in the small scattered hamlet of Maerdy which sits between Corwen and Cerrigydrudion, in beautiful North Wales and can sleep six people in one king-size double bedroom, a double room and a twin room. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove, and a kitchen with dining area. To the outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed patio with furniture. Maerdy Cottages is an ideal base for families or friends looking for fantastic days out and to explore the wonderful countryside of the Snowdonia National Park.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and slimline dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview (1 x Smart TV), DVD, WiFi, a small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is part of a working livestock farm, road and nearby farm buildings used by occasional farm vehicles and livestock. Note: In one corner of the rear courtyard there are steps which form a slight drop, children to be supervised.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Set at the gathering point of five rivers, amongst stunning North Wales countryside, is the charming market town of Corwen. Offering plenty of local amenities including traditional butchers, greengrocers and bakeries as well as a selection of pubs and restaurants, Corwen provides everything you need whilst discovering this stunning area. Circular walks lead from the centre of the town, wiith a festival dedicated to walking, talking place each year, plus there are many pleasant cycling and mountain biking trails nearby.
