Set on the outskirts of Katelios, Villa Nyx a modern and tastefully designed property enjoys delightful neighbouring mountain and country views.
Villa Nyx is ideally located to explore the southern regions of the island.
Villa Nyx also enjoys a convenient position near to the quaint fishing resort that can be reached within a ten minute walk. There are several local amenities can be reached within a few walk enroute to the villages' centre. Convenient stores, mini markets, grocery stores and souvenir shops are all within walking distance. A great variety of restaurants and tavernas can be found at the village's seafront where a variety of bars can also be found.

“Excellent”
Could not fault anything. Location was perfect. Villa immaculate. Cleaning services attentive. Pool cleaned daily. A welcome pack was a lovely gesture. So peaceful. Would highly recommend

“Lovely villa”
Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Nyx with the family. The villa is well equipped and very clean, with additional twice weekly cleans and fresh towels/bedding. Eirini was very welcoming and helpful with any queries and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The pool and garden is very private and well maintained. Kateleios is a low key family resort with several beach front tavernas - our favourites were Maria’s and Delicious. Lovely beach with free parking (it’s very hot to walk down during the day). 5mins from the villa is a supermarket, bakery, taverna and gift shop so you do not have to go far for supplies.

“Amazing Villa, Perfect Location, Fab Stay!!”
This was a great find. This is a great villa is a perfoct location and close to supermarkets, restaurants and to the beach. All these and many more easily accessible just few minutes walking. Very well stocked and the generous welcome pack was a great and unexpected surprise, something that not may villa owners offering!! Plenty of space outside and pool-side, dinning and sitting furnitures were more than enough for all of us. The BBQ facilities also added to family BBQ evening sessions. Nice to sit out in the evening. Swimming pool was clean and the water quality was just perfect as the owner was regularly checking up the quality and cleaning process. Arriving at the villa we met the owner Panagiotis, he welcomed us and show us around. Would strongly recommend and would definitely stay again
