Description

Just a few meters from the sea, in Akti Salonikiou , in Sithonia, you can find villa Nefeli, a beautiful beachfront property with two independent two floor maisonettes 98 sq/m ideal for families and couples. The villas are located just 10 meters from the sea , with beautiful view to Purgadikia, Ammouliani, Mount Athos and Vourvourou. Each of our villa can accommodate up to 6-8 people to its spaces all of which have sea view. They hold a private garden of 2000 sq/m with any kind of mediterranean flowers and trees that is surrounded by fence.

Each of the two villas has a private barbeque and also access to a large barbeque with opening roof that is shared between the two villas. The property is available all year long and it has central heating and aircondition in every room. In villa Nefeli B there is also a fireplace that can be used during winter time. We offer four sheltered parkings spots and in need for more there is plenty of space inside the property.

The ground floor in each villa is a single space, which consists of the kitchen and the modern and spacious living room. The kitchen, is fully equipped with oven, large refrigerator, nonstick pans and pots, toaster, coffee and tea facilities, water boiler, dishwasher and a dining table. The living room, includes a large corner sofa and a smaller one and a 43 ‘’ satellite TV. A WC is also located on the ground floor. From the living room you can go out, where you will find the large and sheltered porch in order to enjoy your drink or food in the dining table there.

In the first floor of each villa there are 3 fully equipped bedrooms with 6 beds, that can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. The first bedroom, includes 2 single beds and a double wardrobe. The second one, includes a large bunk bed, a desk and a mirror. Under the bunk bed there is an extension which can be opened and create a double bed. In the third bedroom, there is a double bed, a triple wardrobe, a luggage compartment, a dressing table, as well as a safe deposit box. Both the second and the third bedroom share a common balcony with sea and garden view, in which there is a table with chairs. Finally, there is a fully equipped bathroom, with all the amenities, hand and body towels, hair dryer, washing machine, and a large shower. Every room of the house is air conditioned with DAIKIN and has access to wi-fi internet.

Each villa has a large outdoor shower as well. Both of the showers have plenty of hot water 24/7. Inside the boundaries of the garden and just 10 meters away from the sea there is a sheltered patio, with opening roof in order to enjoy the beautiful night sky. It also includes a fully equipped barbeque and a large dining table. In the private beach, right in front of the villa you will find umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels.

Cleaning service is provided twice a week. That includes changing of sheets, pillowcases and towels as well. Extra cleaning service can be provided upon request with extra charge.

The living room can accommodate one more person .

Villa Nefeli is located in a quiet and privileged place in Sithonia 15 km from Nikiti and 20 km from Neos Marmaras where you can find ATM , restaurants , bars , super markets , patisseries , farmacies . Also 8 km away is located Agios Nikolaos where you can find ATM , farmacies kai medical center for emergency case. The distance to the intenational airport of Macedonia (SKG) in Thessaloniki is 100km . For your best service we will provide you with a detailed brochure with useful information.
