'The Sampson - Orange'.

A lovely Californian bungalow, completely renovated throughout [completed February 2017] turning an ‘old lady’ from the 1920’s into a bright new star in Orange’s dress circle.

A style, elegance and luxury that says "Come inside and relax... unwind... and pamper yourself."

Like all homes of this era, she has settled gracefully into old age. She's had a complete facelift, celebrating the lives she’s led, yet not discarding all of the character and idiosyncrasies that make her special.

A large dollop of luxe with all the mod cons you have come to expect at our fingertips.

Getting around

The Sampson – Orange is inside ‘The Square Mile’ that locals regards as the centre of town. Depending on your desire for exercise you can walk to most places around Orange – or alternately drive or catch a cab. The commercial centre of town is really Summer Street and is about 1200m from Peisley Street at one end, to Hill Street at the other. We have an online Google Map showing some places of interest in and around Orange, in relation to The Sampson – Orange [supermarkets, restaurants, wineries, etc]. Locals will probably defer to the car, but many guests want to take advantage of the opportunity to get some fresh air and take in the trees, architecture, gardens and just enjoy the best that Orange has to offer. The choice is yours.

This includes a lot of communication prior to your stay; complete Guest Notes with winery, restaurant and activity suggestions - plus you can get more from the website. We're happy to assit with any questions at any time - leading up to, durinor after your stay. You get access via a key safe, so you can arrive and check in at your leisure, any time after 3:00PM and simply make yourself at home.

So when we set out to furnish The Sampson - Orange, we did so to a level that we ourselves would be happy with - paying particular attention to beds, linen and towels. So it's terrific to hear you approve of our choices - and that you managed to sleep so well! We agree with you, Orange is lovely town, with a great deal to occupy the days... and the nights.
