“Toes in the Sand” is a brand new construction, (completed in November 2016) tucked away in the quaint quiet neighborhood of Treasure Sands. This home is just a breezy five minute walk or two minute golf cart ride to the gorgeous emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Toes in the Sand is professionally decorated with all new luxurious furniture and elegant coastal décor throughout. All five bedrooms are complete with smart TV's and brand new plush memory foam mattresses for a great night sleep after an exciting day at the beach- even our twin mattresses are memory foam, the best in town!

During your stay, enjoy cooking in the lovely fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to whip up the perfect gourmet meal for the whole family. The open concept kitchen looks over the living room, where the whole family can gather and make memories for a lifetime. Also in the main living area, overlooking is the gorgeous backyard oasis. Enjoy ample seating around a beautiful fire pit complete with charming twinkly lights in the evening. This outdoor living space has something for everyone- a nice grill for the grill masters, cozy seating with outdoor speakers and a swimming pool for the kiddos and adults alike.

Toes in the Sand is the ultimate retreat for anyone looking to escape to paradise and have an unforgettable stay. Whether you're looking to curl up with a book in the hammock chairs on the terrace, or looking to discover the charming town of Destin, this is the place for you. This home is located in the premier location- not only for the beach, but in the heart of all that Destin has to offer. There are seven golf courses within five miles, and oodles of shopping and dining- all mere minutes away. Fifteen minutes from the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, where you can spend the day or take a boat to go deep sea fishing, marlin fishing or to the iconic Crab Island. Ten minutes from the shops of Sandestin, and only five minutes from the Destin Commons area (Whole Foods, Bass Pro, Sephora, and much more with TONS of exiting dining spots.) Also, a five minute walk from the iconic ocean front dining hangout, Pompano Joes (featured on the Travel Channel) with live music 365 days a year! Enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, fishing and numerous kids activities all within minutes of your vacation getaway.

As avid beach house renters in the past, our goal for Toes in the Sand is to make your stay as convenient and memorable as possible. We have thought of everything we can to make your stay as seamless as can be… Two full size coffee makers, plenty of coffee cups and a bounty of wine glasses. Xbox, DVD player, Wi-Fi, board games, beach toys for the children as well as a six-seater golf cart and even a beach wagon to carry everything while you're on the beach! Also, for our guests that are flying into town, we will supply ice chests for you to use during your stay, so you don't have to worry about buying any. We even provide umbrellas and beach chairs for everyone to use while at the beach! We hope Toes in the Sand will be your favorite vacation spot for years to come.
