Nestled in privacy on seven TOTALLY PRIVATE acres and overlooking 500 acres of unspoiled wilderness and captivating mountain views, you know you have arrived at heaven’s gate. This is the luxury North Georgia lodge you have been dreaming about. With over 3,400 sqft, a rare five bedrooms, and ample parking, this spacious cabin has something for everyone. Featuring all paved access and a gentle mountain climb, you arrive at this secluded retreat, one of pure uncomplicated bliss.

Heaven's Gate offers an open floor plan, majestic stone fireplace, imposing iron chandelier, and a wall of windows to take in breathtaking long-range mountain views. This mountain getaway offers games for everyone, so why not host a tournament of pool, try your hand at foosball or air hockey, or play one of the many board games. The media center boasts a 50" HDTV screen with surround sound, an Xbox and a Playstation Game Console with over 50 movies and video games to ensure endless entertainment. Stay connected with free high speed Internet/WiFi. Venture out onto the patio and enjoy a soak in the spacious hot tub or cozy up to the fire pit and enjoy s’mores and telling stories as the sun sets over the mountains. The wrap around deck featuring comfortable seating around a granite fire table is a great conversation place. An outdoor playground is also available for the little ones to enjoy nature’s beauty and features a fort, swings, and a rock climbing wall. The site has several walking trails and is a certified wildlife habitat with the National Wildlife Federation for the naturalist at heart.

Perfectly situated between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, you are minutes from tubing or trout fishing on the river, kayaking, world-renowned hiking trails, or boating on Lake Blue Ridge to the north and Carter's Lake to the south. Located nearby are spirited mountain bike trails, Bear Creek, Appalachian and Benton MacKaye trails, Lake Conasauga, Amicalola Falls, zip lining, horseback riding, golf, apple orchards, and local wineries. This stunning lodge provides accommodations for everyone with five king/queen bedrooms. No detail has been spared with designer bathrooms outfitted with granite counter tops and hand-formed copper sinks. Each floor has its own climate controls and a high efficiency washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience.

Each of the bedrooms, great room, loft, dining room, balcony, terrace, and the games room all have amazing views of the long range mountains.

When you are ready for a meal, the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all the conveniences and cooking tools the chef needs. Just bring the provisions and let your culinary creativity flow. The dining area has table seating for eight with additional seating at the kitchen island. A stainless steel gas grill and smoker are provided for the grilling enthusiast. If the chef needs a break, fine dining in Ellijay or Blue Ridge is only minutes away.

Customer review from Quinten: Our stay here was one of the most fun/relaxing nights of my year. From the moment I arrived I was blown away at the view. My brother and I immediately set up a camera on the back porch to capture a time-lapse of the sunset over the mountains. Even though I knew there was a small city nearby, it felt like we were distances away from civilization. Each of the rooms looked so comfortable and beautifully furnished that I never bothered calling dibs on a bed before the rest of my group showed up because all of them were so appealing. That night we had a fantastic time grilling out and swapping stories in the hot tub, and were constantly talking about how great of a place we were in. The care and attention to detail that has been put into the lodge is very apparent. I highly recommend staying here!

Customer review from Paula: The mountain home was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, well furnished, and spacious. We had 11 people in our party for Thanksgiving weekend. We all fit comfortably and the dining table fit all of us. The owners have taken special care in making sure there is plenty of entertainment on site including several games, books, a pool table, a foosball table, a play set and air hockey. The kids from age 14 to 3 had an amazing experience! The adults enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub! Downtown Ellijay is a short drive and so are several hiking trails. We hope to visit again...everything was perfection!
