Villa 9 people, comfortable facilities, sea view, close to the beach Spacious villa 200 m2, comfortable and tasteful, Steni Vala, a small marina. Glyfa Beach is within walking distance 250 meters. The villa is surrounded by wide balconies (150 m2) with stunning views of the unspoilt islands of Peristera and Kyra Panagia. The house has 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 - 1 double bed, bedroom 2 - 3 single beds, bedroom 3 - 1 double, studio Ground Floor - 2 singles. The sanitary facilities include 3 bathrooms with shower and three toilets. A fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and an adjacent storage. The living room of 45 m2 has a traditional fireplace and a beautiful cathedral ceiling in chestnut wood. Satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with olive, lemon, orange, cherry, fig ..., providing shade and tranquility. Private parking.
