Villa Mirna is located in a quiet part of the village Lokva Rogoznica with amazing, open sea and island views from every corner of the property and absolute privacy.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay of max 12 persons.
Villa Mirna offers you an outdoor heated 26m2 pool with a whirlpool and sun deck area with 8 lounge chairs, a hot tub on the roof terrace, and a traditional wine bar.
Interior offers two floors:
Ground floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No1 with double bed, Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds, two family bathrooms with shower, and one toilette with washing machine.
1st floor - Bedroom No3 with double bed and sofa bed per person, bathroom with shower (en-suite), and the outside terrace with sea views. Bedroom No4 has two single beds which can be connected as one double, with a TV and game console (PS4). A family bathroom which can be used by this bedroom. Bedroom No5 has a double bed and sofa bed per person, a bathroom with shower (en-suite), and an outside terrace with sea views.
2nd floor has a gym space with orbitrek machine & running gear. At the roof terrace, you have a hot tub and outdoor furniture with amazing sea views.
Behind the house is a traditional wine bar with local drinks.
The whole property is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have a smart TV.
Villa is located 50 m above sea level and is 160 m far from the most beautiful pebble beach and from a few good restaurants. Because it is located on a hill it has absolutely opened sea views.
