Enjoy the wonderful views from your terrace high above the city. In this apartment you have everything required for a nice vacation. The flat is located in a peaceful neighborhood with all necessary facilities and services nearby.
The Sea Garden just below is a perfect starting point to the explore the city.

Once occupied by summer cottages and wine yards, this air conditioned apartment with free wired internet connection and free WiFi in all rooms, is uniquely situated within a walking distance to the beach, the sea garden and the city center in one of the most preferred and peaceful residential areas in Varna, overlooking the rooftops to the blue sunny skyline and the sea!
The main features of the space include:
o One master bedroom with a king size bed (210 x 180 cm)
o One bedroom with bunk beds
o Option for an extra bed for two persons
o Working desk for your laptop computer with window view
o Bathroom with toilet including washing & drying machine
o Second toilet in the hallway

The apartment is an excellent choice for couples, families with children and business travelers and it's located on the 4th floor of a five-story building with an elevator in the building. The nearest supermarket is just a minute away and Park Mart shopping center with its many cafes and restaurants only 300 meters from the flat (see below for other locations/distances).
The main public transportation hub, one of the advantages of this location is situated below the apartment. You can reach virtually all parts of Varna, for example the city center in just 5 minutes. Most of the public buses have air condition and free WiFi connection. The cost of bus ticket is a symbolical 1 BGN (0,51 EUR / 0,57 USD).
Free public parking places are available next to the building. Parking in the garage is subject to a request in advance & availability. Please ask for details.
