Description

Relax in a modern yet comfortable 2 bedroom house, located just a five minutes walk from the famous Kouverta Beach and 7 km from the picturesque village of Ermioni.

Ideal for families, couples, and companies of friends, that seek privacy and want to feel "like home" on their vacations.

The house is eqquiped with modern amenities, an outdoor BBQ and furthemore it is located in a hilltop that has unobstructed sea view and it is always breezy!

The space

The house is on the first floor, of a family owned two- store house. It is situated in 2.000 square meters of land.

It has an open floor space with kitchen, dining room that can accomodate 6 people and living room with a couch that can turn in a double bed. The kitchen is fully equiped with modern appliances, microwave, coffe maker and kettle. There is an air-condition and a fireplace. Double balcony doors let you enjoy, the full sea view.

Next you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed and closet, with a tv and an air condition. The other bedroom also has a sofa bed, a closet, an air condition and tv.

We may live in Athens , but we are available for anything you need at all times though phone and email 24/7. If we can't welcome you in person, there wil always be our associate Mrs. Amalia and Mr. Gebe, to make your stay as comfortable,as we possible can. But in summer, there is high probability that we will meet, since this is a beloved family vacation house and we use it as a weekend retreat. We are very considerate not to bother our guests. We stay at the bottom house that has an independed entrance and balcony.

Water in the premises is not drinkable,as it is not drinkable in the whole part of Ermioni. We provide bottled water for you to drink and cook. You can use tap water to wash the dishes and bath.
