Implantée sur 32 ares de terrain clos et arboré, la villa déploie 350m2 de plain pied sans vis à vis directs
La terrasse avec piscine bénéficie d'une orientation idéale de par son ensoleillement du matin au soir, est équipée d'un coin repas, d'un bar/mange debout et de barbecues
